Jerry Edwards became interested in beekeeping as a child and was able to bring the dream to reality when he retired from the contruction industry. After buying his first hive and watching the little insects maintain their living space and fight for survival in their nature home, he had a major dilemma...what should he do with the honey the bees were producing. He had not stopped with one hive but had multiple hives in locations throughout south metro Atlanta and honey was flowing freely. As a result, Castle Rock Honey was developed and his bee watching passion became a honey of a business.
